1Information We Collect

ReUniXchange does not collect any personal data. The App operates entirely on your local machine and only interacts with Autodesk Revit and Unity project data as explicitly instructed by the user.

However, to perform its functionality, the App accesses the following types of non-personal, model-specific data:

This data is used solely for the purpose of enabling the App's core features: metadata extraction, 3D geometry export, material packaging, and bidirectional data exchange between Revit and Unity.

2How We Use the Data

All data accessed by ReUniXchange is used locally and exclusively for the following purposes:

• Assigning modular identifiers to Revit groups
• Exporting structured metadata to .csv for Unity integration
• Exporting materials to .mtl and texture formats
• Exporting geometry to .obj for Unity import
• Re-applying Unity-side changes back into Revit via .xml

The App does not collect, transmit, or store any user data on external servers.

3Data Sharing and Third Parties

ReUniXchange does not use any third-party analytics tools, SDKs, advertising networks, or external APIs. The App functions completely offline and does not transmit any data to the developer or any third party.

If in the future any external services are integrated (e.g., cloud storage or analytics), they will be clearly disclosed, and such third parties will be contractually required to adhere to equal or stronger data protection standards as described in this policy.

4Data Retention and Deletion

ReUniXchange does not retain any data. All data and files generated by the App (e.g., metadata, materials, geometry, XML) are:

• Stored locally in user-specified export paths
• Under the full control of the user
• Not automatically uploaded, backed up, or synchronized by the App

You may delete these files at any time by navigating to their saved location.

Because no personal data is collected or stored, there is no data retained by the developer that can be requested for deletion.

5User Consent and Data Control

Since the App does not collect any personal data, no consent is required under current operation. If future updates introduce optional features involving personal data (such as cloud syncing or analytics), users will be prompted for explicit opt-in consent before any data is collected or transmitted.

Users will always have the right to:

• Revoke consent (if given)
• Request deletion of any data stored (currently not applicable)
• Request information about what data is being processed (currently none)

6Children's Privacy

ReUniXchange is intended for professional and academic use by adults in the AEC and software development fields. The App is not directed toward children under 13, and it does not knowingly collect any data from children.

7Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect improvements, regulatory changes, or future feature additions. Any changes will be posted publicly, and the update date will be revised accordingly.
